Yes, I offer online therapy, telephone therapy (and in person sessions where available). Confidentiality expectations still apply, and we’ll discuss privacy considerations for online work. Therapy can help with a range of issues such as anxiety, stress, low mood, self esteem, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties.
After an initial assessment with you or both if a couple, typically I would then do what is called a history session with each person individually usually this will take a session to complete. The history explores various aspects in more depth to ascertain what maybe contributing to the current issue / s. A treatment plan tailored to you is then formulated to work through the areas identified and to achieve the agreed goals. Usually, the plan will involve for the individual or couple to carry out tasks in between sessions. This can be a mix of practical exercises, reading material, questionnaires, psychoeducation, discussion topics etc.

What to Expect in Our Sessions
When you begin therapy with me, we will usually agree on a regular weekly appointment at the same day and time. This consistency helps create a sense of stability and progress, though I understand that flexibility is sometimes needed and will always try to accommodate where possible.
I offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments. Each session lasts up to 60 minutes, and there is no fixed number of sessions, we will work together for as long as feels helpful and appropriate for you.
