Therapy can help with a range of issues such as anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties.
EFT tapping is a mind-body approach that combines focused attention with gentle tapping on acupressure points. To reassure I don’t touch you, I demonstrate the process and you apply the tapping element on yourself. It’s often used for stress, anxiety, trauma symptoms, and confidence.
Yes — I offer online therapy, telephone therapy (and in-person sessions where available). Confidentiality expectations still apply, and we’ll discuss privacy considerations for online work. Online therapy is delivered through the Zoom platform, and I set up the meeting and email out the Zoom link prior to the session.
Yes. Confidentiality and privacy are taken seriously. You’ll be informed about how your information is used, who may be within the “circle of confidentiality” (e.g., supervision), and any foreseeable limits, such as where there is risk of serious harm, safeguarding concerns, or where disclosure is legally required/authorised.
Yes – psychosexual therapy can be offered for individuals or couples, depending on your needs and goals.

Sessions are for 60 minutes; there is an option available to have 90 minutes.
