Young people can often have a lot to deal with and sometimes having someone outside of the family can be a helpful space for them to talk about how they are feeling and coping.

I have helped young people from 10 upwards – cope with the parents divorce, school issues such as bullying, anxieties, self esteem and confidence.  We can explore how they are able to express themselves and their feelings / emotions in a healthy way such as anger and upset.

Our young people face many challenges that we perhaps didn’t have to deal with or not in the same ways. Social media and the technology of phones in particular can be a tricky issue to navigate and to manage as  parents, but also as a teen in particular.
